All PADDLEPIT items are made to order. Each product is created specifically for the customer at the time of purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for:

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. To submit a claim:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Examples of non-defective, non-returnable issues:

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement at no cost. Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
