By accessing or using the PADDLEPIT website (paddlepit.com) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
PADDLEPIT is a sports, fitness, and lifestyle brand focused on pickleball, performance, athletic culture, and community. Our current offerings include premium pickleball and athletic apparel and lifestyle merchandise. Future offerings may include a pickleball and training facility, fitness and coaching programs, recovery services, and community events. Additional terms may apply to future services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $35 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
Fulfillment time refers to the processing and production period before shipment. Typical fulfillment time: 2–7 business days. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time.
Delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier volume, or other factors.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. Shipping and delivery times vary significantly by region.
Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, color preference, or fit preference.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue. Approved claims will result in a replacement at no additional cost.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement will be issued. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items due to the made-to-order nature of production.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If production has not started, cancellation may be possible but is not guaranteed.
You agree not to: use the website for unlawful activities; attempt to disrupt website functionality; upload harmful or malicious content; or violate intellectual property rights belonging to PADDLEPIT.
All content, logos, images, product designs, text, and branding on paddlepit.com are owned by PADDLEPIT. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any materials is prohibited.
PADDLEPIT's liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
